Background Investigation:
We will check with and cross reference against local, state and federal databases to develop a complete picture of the debtor entity we are collecting against. We’ll take out the mystery, roll up our sleeves and get to work using both traditional and advanced search technology to find the actual responsible parties involved.
Collection Know How:
Our team starts out identifying all responsible parties. When a company changes their name, address and phone numbers—we’re already on top of it. We will update you on our progress and devise a customized plan for the best possible outcome. Issues such as signed personal guarantors, undisclosed principals, or the manner in which the debtor signed the contract could create additional liability for a debt and increase the potential for recovery.
Whatever the specific circumstances are, our commercial collectors have the expertise and motivation to develop the complete picture and then get the job done."
Customer Service:
We don’t just say it, we do it! You’ll see the difference in how your account is serviced and our attention to detail. You’ll have your own personal specialist at your service, providing you with everything from account updates to advice on accounts receivable management. You’ll work directly with them so we can develop and deploy a strategy that works most effectively in your specific business.
Columbia Collection understands that in the commercial realm, given the nature and potential complexity of the debt, you will want to have consistent access to the collector and management team collecting your account. For this reason, Columbia maintains a “free access policy” to its commercial collectors, allowing you to interface directly with the person responsible for collecting your money.
